Residents initiative please get involved
If you don't have the above but one of the signs below there are two possible explanations 1) Your membership has lapsed or 2) You need to contact the RHEV office to collect the new sign Tel 012 345 1950 or e-mail riethoa@mweb.co.za
If you notice the old signs on your neighbour's fence, please talk to them to renew their membership of the RHOA / RHEV. Residents with the old signs are reaping the benefit of the current paying members. It is only fair that we ALL pay to improve the security of our suburb.

One of our residents HERMAN GEYER has taken the initiative to raise funds to address one of the hotspots in our area The intersection at Sout & Spartan streets next to the Wingate Park Gholf club

Our appreciation for his noble effort and time that he is spending in getting this project off the ground
As gevolg van beperkte ondersteuning deur slegs 'n handjie vol van ons inwoners is daar nie kapitaal van die RHEV beskikbaar om die projek te ondersteun nie
The limited support by residents of the RHOA initative makes it impossible to spend any money on this very important project Ons wil graag versoek dat u asseblief betrokke raak, enige bydrae hoe groot of hoe klein kan dit moontlik maak om die projek te laat slaag
We would like to on behalf of the RHOA support the iniative and ask for your financial support to make this possible
Terselfder tyd wil ek weereens 'n ernstige versoek aan inwoners rig om by die RHEV aan te sluit die maandelikse koste is R175.00 vir gewone lede en R160.00 vir enkel ouers en pensionarisse u kan ook sodoende kwalifiseer vir 'n spesiale tarief op Ubuntu se normale reaksie tariewe. Sonder hierdie voertuig se beskibaarheid sou u aangewese wees op die stadige en lang reaksie soos in die geval van gewone sekuriteitsmaatskappye
At the same time a serious request to all our non participating residents to please make a new effort to join this very successful project against crime in our are . The cost is very fair monthly R175.00 PM for normal members and R160.00 PM for single parents and pensioners. This also qualifies residents for a very favourable discount with UBUNTU security company who provides our patrol vehicle
Die inkomste word aangewend om die Ubuntu voertuig wat ons area 24 uur patroleer te finansier. Ons het ook fondse nodig om die heining by Magato to straat te vehoog om toegang vanaf Hans Strydom te stop. Dit is ook een van die misdadigers se gereelde ontsnap roetes. Hierdie voertuig is net beskikbaar vir RHEV klante wat maandeliks tot die RHEV bydra
The income on this project goes toward the cost of the UBUNTU patrolling vehicle that patrols our area for the full 24 hours every day and night. Without that our response times will be as poor as those of normal security companies
This vehicle is only there for the use and benefit of RHOA members who pays the monthly fees that makes this service possible.
We also need funds to make the Magatostreet fence between Wingate park and Hans Strydom drive higher - this is also one of the regular entrance and escape routes of criminals
