New Incidents:

29/11/2014

Dear Wingate Park resident,

The following table shows the number of incidents during the months of November since 2012.

The Following is a list of the latest incidents.

1. TRESSPASSING. Ketting street 918. 28/11/2014, 03:00.

When the reaction officer surprised two men that were busy damaging the wall on the Ketting street side of the property, the two men run further into the yard and disappeared over the wall on the dumpsite side.

2. THEFT. Hofmeyer street. 17/11/2014, 18:20.

The owner have reported the theft of items in the house to the reaction officer, on his arrival the officer found the missing items in possession of the gardener. The Gardner was arrested and taken away by the police.

3. THEFT. Turf street. During the night of 25^th / 26^th of November 2014.

Two suitcases are stolen a Wendy house.

Vervolgens die jongste voorvalle.

1. BETREDING, Kettingstraat 918, 28/11/2014, 03:00.

Reaksie Offisier verras twee manne wat die heiningmuur van ‘n eiendom in Kettingstraat breek. Die twee manne vlug na die agterkant van die erf waar hulle oor ‘n hoë betonmuur na die stortingsterien kant vlug.

2. DIEFSTAL, Hofmeyerstraat 633, 17/11/2014, 18:20.

Die eienaar laat weet die Reaksie Offissier dat daar verskeie items wat in die huis was vermis word.

Nadat die Reaksie Offisier die vermiste items in die tuinman se besit gekry het, is die tuinman gearresteer en deur die polisie verwyder.

3. DIEFSTAL. Turfstraat 649, Gedurende die nag van 25/26 November 2014.

Twee tasse is gedurende die nag uit ‘n Wendy-huis verwyder.

The author, Chris Visser, is part of the Himalayan partnership in South Africa focussing on Tibet and recently had the privilege to be part of a Prayer journey to the country of Tibet. We had some interesting experiences. The trip was challenging and exciting at the same time.

To learn about the country first hand can be a very depressing experience too. So much so that I could do no else but share the experience with you. I trust that the book will challenge you to take notice of the country, its people and the challenges for the gospel. Also that it may challenge you to action, even if that is by prayer alone.

The Bad news is that criminals mainly target the properties without alarms and the properties with alarms but with no or slow reaction.
